What this pays

This role is commission only. There is no weekly base and no guaranteed wage. You are paid on what you produce. If a guaranteed weekly amount is what you need, this is not the right role and we would rather you knew that before you applied than three days in.
Plus $5 for every qualified appointment that HOLDS — also paid every Friday. Held, not just booked: the prospect has to actually show up. A no-show costs you nothing, it simply does not pay.
Plus 5% of the setup fee of any client who signs from an appointment you booked. Our product is Solace Project Capture for oilfield businesses — we help them find relevant projects and reach the people who buy their services. It is not phone answering.
What that looks like in practice: a caller booking 10 held appointments a week earns $50 a week from the bounty alone, before any commission. Two that hold in a two-hour shift is $10 for two hours.
Commission is paid when Solace collects, so a first commission is realistically 5–6 weeks out. The $5 bounties are what pay in the meantime, and they pay every Friday.

What we give you — you spend nothing

The phone line. We provide a US number and the login for it. You do not buy a dialer, a SIP account, or call credit. There is no cost to you to start — not now, not later.
The leads. Qualified oilfield service, rental and well-service companies. The console gives you the company, the person to ask for, their service and territory, and any verified context we have. You do not invent a project or a reason for calling. It is not a random list.
The script and the objection handling, and a console that shows you the next prospect, their local time, and where to log the outcome. No spreadsheets.
Training and a live team chat while you are on shift. No call-center experience required.

What we need from you

2 hours a day, 5 days a week, landing between 9PM and 6AM Philippine time — that is the US business day. More hours are available if you want them.
Target 30–50 dials per 2-hour shift.
A computer, a headset, a quiet room, and internet that does not drop mid-call.
Clear spoken English. You are talking to American business owners who are busy and direct.
Your job is to book a 15-minute call with our founder. You never quote a price, run a demo, or close. That is not your role.
